Thank you for your interest in Pixure This! Photo Studio and Nothing But Nub Pet Photography By Pixure This! Photo Studio's Portrait Fundraising!
Each year I choose a few well deserving non profit organizations to partner in order to raise funds for their organizations. These funds can be used for special events, special projects or for their general fund. It is very possible to raise over $1000 in just one day! This is a great way to share audiences for more exposure and raise funds with minimal effort on your part. The benefits to your organization:
1-Publicity-efforts will be made to garner local publicity for this event. This gets your name in the news and gets you valuable, credible, non-paid media coverage.
2-Exposure-the existing Pixure This! Photo Studio clients will be introduced to the benefits of giving to your charity and made aware of what you are doing to help the community.
3-Funding-an unplanned lift in giving to your annual budget from this event which requires minimal effort and no financial contribution from your organization.
Because of the high demand of these types of partnerships and the work involved on Pixure This! Photo Studio's end, we ask that the organization agree to do the following:
1-Promoting the event to your database of donors and social media followers via email/newsletters/posts. Social media posts are recommended 3-4 times each week in the 3 weeks prior to the event, or as often as this has worked for you in the past. This ensures keeping the event in front of your followers, creating an emotional buzz.
2-Calling top donors to let them know about the event
3-TBD-Mailing printed pieces to top donors to let them know about the event
4-Be available for media coverage if needed
5-If you have worked with a retail location in the past, it is helpful to get them involved to maximize event visibility. I think it is super important for small business owners to take leadership roles in helping our organizations who need us. Not to mention it can generate traffic for all of us when we get slow.
